Greensburg Forever Fundraising Event
Sept. 21, 3 to 8 p.m.
Sept. 22, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

in Colby, KS, next to the VFW on Lake Street.

We're hosting a huge blowout garage sale with all the proceeds going to the Greensburg Disaster Relief Fund. Items are also being collected that are specific requests from residents who still need things.

To donate items, volunteer time, or request items, contact Kathy Arendt, Dillons #022 Customer Service Manager (in Greensburg), (785)462-0933, or qtnosyreporter@yahoo.com. For the most up-to-date information, visit www.myspace.com/greensburgforever, in the blog section.

I am also collecting personal stories and photos to make posters out of and hang up at the garage sale. Send the information to the above e-mail address, or call for a postal address.

So many people in NW Kansas are excited and eager to do their part to help Greensburg, but want to be more "hands on" that just sending money. This is a way we thought of that would allow them to do just that. Through donating time and items, planning on coming to "shop," and by helping me spread the word they get to be involved!

Please pass the word along to help this funraiser be as successful as possible!

Thank you!
Kathy Arendt
